As always with calming breath products i was extremely happy with the quality and again found this product excellent value for money
It is also a high quality product that is made with love and care i would highly recommend
Also living in a draughty house was not in my awareness when using the mat clearly testament to the quality of this product
I think ill probably stick with the monastery mat once ive adjusted to it

I was unsure as to how it might compare with my wonderful zabuton cushion so tried to be as objective about the similarities and differences when first using this item

Quite firm so if you prefer more filling then you might be better off with the zabuton meditation mat by calming breath but if you prefer a firmer mat or you have limited storage or you want to travel with it this could be a better choice
