Pros
This retriever grabs the ball better and easier than any of the others i’ve seen. The patented capture system is much better than others. This is the second time i have bought this retriever.
Similar tools - hiking poles, tripods - manage to get the twist lock right without being a pain. Worth the price.
Cons
The ball retriever is heavy, but flimsy at the same time. It is difficult to trap the ball compared to the circular head type. The rod does not easily retract.
Unfortunately it is too late to return this one. No more. Shame on you callaway.
