Pros & Cons
Pros
Used it on my norwegian salmon & sautéed spinach. The jalapeño garlic is perfect. Wonderful citrus hints to foods cooked in it.
Price is in line with other vendors but i feel all are a bit dear in price. It is kinda spendy though. Definitely buying this again.
A very pleasing, olive oil with enough heat and garlic to be tasty, but not overpowering. I love how you get the full jalapeno flavor, then the heat from the pepper fills your pallet at the end. Caveat - it is quite hot!
Filter it all, and voila. Drizzle on your favorite meats. I love it drizzled on pasta with red pepper flakes, or on a salad with balsamic vinegar.
Cons
Not pleasant at all. This oil is terribleno smell of garlic at all!
