Pros

The quality of this mattress topper is outstanding and well worth the price. It's just right for different beds. Better than our 4 inch king sized topper.

This foam is much softer and much less dense then tempur-pedic material. It's very comfortable, firm, and supportive.

It's like sleeping on a cloud every night. Sleeps pretty good. I am a back/ side sleeper and it conforms well to my body! It is very comfortable and i awake feeling rested.

Cons

Would have been too hard to repackage it and return it. Under 2 years is really not enough service from something with a 3 years warranty. Amazon needs to do better on quality control.

For a product that comes with such raving reviews, i'm really disappointed. This latest one is different, smells bad, and is not giving me the support the others did. Very inconsistent product.
