Have taken for many yrs. Great way to get my calcium and magnesium in each day. In powered form its doesn't upset my stomach and the body absorb it better.

These calcium capsules are very easy to *-- so much better than the big, chalky ones. Easy to *. For those of us who can't get horse pills down, this is a regular size capsule.

I know you can buy cheaper vitamins but you get what you pay for

A little more pricey but in this case you really do get what you paid for better vitamins
