These work pretty well but the directions were missing

The company i work for has their own vendors for items like these but this set is the only way to go first i was a bit skeptical about it because i know buddy is an excellent pastry chef but i wasnt sure about his products so i give it a tried and i end up buying most of their product

Their are excellent well made do the work so nicely
