Turns out the error had to do with altitude 5400 setting in printer that i never got with my factory starter toners

Im always nervous about buying inktoner from anyone but the printer manufacture but the reviews look good on this and the price was right so i gave it shot

Ordered this after the yellow cartridge we got in a combo pack started throwing an error on the printer not long after it was installed telling us it was empty
