Jai deja essayer plusieur sorte de pillule de cafeine. Jai ete souvent decu ca marchait au debut puis apres cetait inneficace.
Cons
A coffee or an energy drink has more effect than this alleged ‘200mg’ caffeine pill. Definitely a placebo pill.

Good product works well for me and easy to split the tablet with a knife or something

Only issue i have is they are hard to break into halves
Ive tried several preworkouts containing some of the best ingredients 100 certified as well

Good value for how many pills you get
In total youre getting 30000mg30grams of caffeine so all in all i cant complain for the price
Good for the price does the job
No need to spend 20 30 etc

Not only is it one of the bestvalue options for caffeine tabs but the tabs themselves are higher quality than most other brands
I never would have thought there was any difference between a house brand cafeene and this
The container has 150 tabs so can last quite a long time compared to more costly lower count products

Instead i pop one or two of these have my regular first cup in the morning and i am good until i switch to decaf in the evening

But it wont give me the high boost of energy like other brands that deliver a more powerful punch for the same amount of caffeine per tablet

The pills are kind of big so you will probably want to get a pill splitter with the money you save from buying these

They are very small and easy to swallow

There is also a slight sweetness to them vs the super bitterness of other ones
