It doesnt give you the same effect as a 5 hour energy but it has half the caffeine
Even when i double the dose it doesnt give me that raw dirty and slightly uncomfortable 5 hour energy feeling
The product is good shipped fast came with paperwork and everything but some of the capsules were broke and leaking powder and powder in the jar and a lot of them were kind of smashed up
I have one of these three times a day and dropped all other forms of caffeine except for my green tea i have after work
