Pros & Cons
Pros
It's good in a latte and the grinder does not seem to mind the oiliness. We grinds this coffee to make stove top espresso.
The flavor is smokey but not burnt. Tastes like i remember muddy's of san francisco did back in the early and mid-90s. This has a bold flavor but isn't bitter at all.

Be careful about the water temperature for pulling shots if its too high these beans would end up tasting quite bitter
Price
Remains good value at around 37 for 5lb
After trying to find the healthiest coffee for the lowest price this is our winner
Even buying this wholesale on the site was way over priced
Without naming names there are a lot of brands that provide an organic small batch craft experience at gt1
Shipping
I really like that i can have it shipped every two months automatically and it costs about the same as what i was buying locally
Packaging/appearance
It was as described and very well packaged
These beans arrived in well sealed bags
Only negative is it doesn’t say shade grown anywhere on the package
Competitiveness
Tastes better than starbucks and are better too organic
I was trying to find a replacement for starbucks coffee and this is a much better alternative

The majority of coffee has been sprayed with herbicides and pesticides as we are all being poisoned by the genetically modified foods and all of our plants that were eating are full of herbicides and chemicals

I would say if you are buying higher quality beans like this play around with different brewing techniques because its a waste to just throw it into a crappy grinder then some cheap 20 plastic coffee machine
