Pros & Cons

Pros

It's good in a latte and the grinder does not seem to mind the oiliness. We grinds this coffee to make stove top espresso.

The flavor is smokey but not burnt. Tastes like i remember muddy's of san francisco did back in the early and mid-90s. This has a bold flavor but isn't bitter at all.

The majority of coffee has been sprayed with herbicides and pesticides as we are all being poisoned by the genetically modified foods and all of our plants that were eating are full of herbicides and chemicals

I would say if you are buying higher quality beans like this play around with different brewing techniques because its a waste to just throw it into a crappy grinder then some cheap 20 plastic coffee machine

We drink it plain and use a french press or pourover but we want the robustness of the italian roast
