Pros
Neither flavor is overly sweet so you can really taste the chocolate. This is the best tasting hot chocolate i ever had for the keurig. It tastes so good. The dark chocolate is even richer and more flavorful to me.
Cons
This has sucralose giving it a terrible taste. It overpowers the chocolate flavor almost entirely. Tastes like artificial chocolate-flavored * water. Do not buy from this seller.
Some good prices aren't worth it. It is inconvenient and somewhat suspicious. Terrible product. They are awful.
The product should come with the manufacturer's nutritional information, allergy information and expiration date. I don't think i'll be ordering these anymore.

There is only so much room in a kcup and that is barely enough to make 8oz cup of hot chocolate you might as well just get packets or a big can of hot chocolate mix and just run hot water from the kuerig into the cup

On that note cafe escapes flavor is really good if you need this for like a waiting room or some other customer facing courtesy i can see the kcups being a viable option but if this is just for you and your family save the moneyplastic waste and just buy it in the can or at least packet form
