    I have used this since july 2017 and it works amazing keep in mind this thermometer isnt duo probe however you can simply place both probes in the oven and change them at the wireless base

    Only disadvantage is if you like your steak or roast rare by canadian standards the lowest setting is 140

    You press what meat your cooking and how you like it cooked and it will beep when it hits that temperature
