They are high waisted but that seam around the waist makes me feel like my underwear is falling down on the inside they are not they sit higher than the seam

I noticed from the photos in the reviews that the xl would be an okay fit for me

Not bad for the price it seems like the colors fit differently the red was not as tight as the black not still comfortable
