Pros

The thermostat works fairly well and i'm hoping to save money in the winter time. Works super. Works great and very good quality. Easy to install.

Cons

The baseboard heater just gets hotter and we have to turn off the cadet completely before it turns off the heater. Purchased actual honeywell branded unit for just a few dollars more. Its working but keeps making a strange buzzing sound.

The knob does go way past the lowest degree mark on the thermostat

Weve got radiant ceilings and most of the thermostats in the house are 30 years old and some are failing

Delivery was fast and the product is easy to install

Arrived in a timely fashion and was what i expected

Did everything required and arrived when it said it would

Packaging/appearance

They came in a honeywellcadet package they work fine and in all other respects they look like my existing cadet thermostats

I wish it came in an ivory color but bright white is what you get

Competitiveness

Right out of the box this thermostat is clearly a higher quality than what i’m finding at the box store

You can visually compare these to honeywell thermostats and they just look better built

Also they are vented on all 4 sides unlike honeywell and that makes for more accurate settings
