I am 360 lbs meat cutter i'm on my feet 8 to 10 hours a day and my foot doctor suggested these for my feet to try and help with a morton's nuroma. They are the only ones that worked for my severe plantar fasciitis.
Cons
Top can be trimmed to fit the footbed, but not the heal width. Woman shoes are narrower. These insoles smell forever.

In my saucony peregrine trail runners the heel was a little thick and affected the fit of those shoes so i caution anyone purchasing these for formfitting runningspecific shoes

I cant positively verify this but i did come across that new balance inserts were previously made by cadence
