Pros

They work perfectly in my motorcycle boots, and probably in hiking boots and some types of athletic shoes. Easy to trim to any width needed. While these are in my work boots the odor isn't a huge issue for me.

Quality is top notch! These are the best! I stand all day at work, so these are a must have for me. These are amazing!

These shoe inserts cost less than 1/10 of my first orthopedic custom fitted pair. They're a little pricey, but far better than the cheaper alternatives. It's so good though, it's worth risking a return to give them a try.

Cons

Top can be trimmed to fit the footbed, but not the heal width. Women's shoes are narrower. They are incredibly smelly.
