I have relatively quiet voice and i was looking for a better microphone because the small capsule condenser microphones that i have been using are noisy especially when the signal is boosted by the sound card and many communication programs start cutting voice while filtering out noise

The tripod mount is a part of the black coloured aluminium frame but the gold coloured pieces are made of plastic

The 10 db switch could have been made into a threeposition switch 0 10 db mute or simply onoff with software controlled overload protection

The microphone installs speakers usb pnp sound device but it does not play anything
