Excellent build quality and the mesh is double layered
There arent too many frills but this one is made of good quality materials and does the job
Others were more expensive i purchased a smaller one from a different company that was cheaper and i wasnt not at all happy with

I tried to connect this on all sides logical to me and they all require rigging to make it stay near the mic

The only drawback ive found so far is that the filter itself is a bit heavy for the flexible arm it wants to sag and not stay in exact position but not to the point where it will not work

The gooseneck pipetube that is adjustable is weighty enough to hold all day when im doing my recordings and the link par that binds to the stand is tight enough to hold with movement of the entire stand in fact the tubepipe that connects the mesh filter to the link part of the stand does not even lose its place during movement at all

Its pretty flexible but one of the tension attachments to the filter area is a bit weaker than it should be which leads it to flop down now and again if the mic gets jostled

My only complaint is that it was a little tricky connecting the clamp to the mike stand as it does not appear the clamp was designed for the mike stand even tough they are from the same manufacturer

This one is very well made and the connectors are quality metal screws rather than cheapo gluedon plastic
