Pros

These eyewear retainers are the ultimate answer for me. What seems to work for me is to braid my hair, put my glasses and the cablz on and then bring my braid up into a clip. No more setting shades on head and dropping on lenses when leaning over.

Oakley flak jackets, 10-years-old. I like these monofilament a lot they are lighter, more flexible, and don't seem to shift your sunglasses around when you bump into something behind you (or something bumps in to you) they fit my oakleyflak 2.

Cons

The cable is way, way too short for an adult. It seems to be loosely held by a small silicone ball, that may or may not have been lightly glued to the wire.
