This one is excellently constructed, affordably priced and was delivered quickly. The charger is a little larger than dell original.
Cons
Underlying cable insulation is brittle, so that on the mickey-mouse end of the chord, the copper gleams through, potentially leading to a lethal electric shock.
This seller is a scam artist. Never again from this company. Instead received a bridal dress chain.

I have had no messages on my dell xps13 that this is not the original charger nor on my phone to say that the phone is charging slowly which i have had using some chargers
