Pros

Great package and decent price. It's lightweight, but doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. My only gripe is that the switch is very light. A little pricey but worth every penny to me.

Cables all snap in satisfyingly and stay in snugly. No issues with buzzing with my samsun condenser microphone. Everything other than the remote works flawlessly.

Most of what you're going to find in competition with this is only usb 2. And, i'm sure the r&d that goes into creating a usb 3.

As most of it is now wfh, it helps to have equipment that is dependable. The downstream port placement is ok. It would be nice to consolidate and simplify my desk area.

Usb docking stations/port replicator has it's own power supply. Uses usb-c connector instead of usb-b. Comes with four cables, for connecting micro-b devices and type-c (mac and other) devices.

Cons
