Pros
This one is the ultimate. It still works! Worth every penny. The others fail.
It is awesomely comfortable and soft. The shape is perfect for us (we are smaller in stature) the weight and portability makes bringing it along a no-brainer.
Double layer of tubing gives a lot of support for the neck and head. They are inflatable enough to hold your head in place. The inflatable part means you can adjust the firmness.
The valve is easy to use, allowing for quick inflation and deflation. The trick is not to blow it up all the way. Needed to use my electric tire pump to inflate.
Cons
As i soon discovered, this is emblematic of the overall shoddy construction. Also, the sewing along the side 'pocket' is faulty.
After 1 year, the bladder has a leak and will not stay inflated. My instinct is to mail it back asap.

I had no trouble getting rid of the air and returning it in the original packaging after the flights
There are memory foam pillows in the same shape sold at airports for 40 usd and theyre not as comfortable or convenient

I am certain this is just not understanding how the valve works the valve needs to be squeezed at its base to open the hole to its full diameter
