Pros
Beta alanine doubles the ingredients so you have twice the creatine and twice the caffeine. Less servings in the ultimate container than there are in regular c4 but ingredient wise you are getting more bang for your buck. This stuff packs a punch.
The flavor is great, almost a little creamy and the mixability is also good.
Great product. Nicely priced too. Very happy with it.
Cons
It’s ok with caffeine and taurine (despite taurine being a filler) worst preworkout i have used in a long time, even half scoop makes me feel sick.
Priced the same as high end preworkout with none of the benefits. Do not let the price fool you. Don't buy it. Do not recommend this product.

The flavor is fine though ive never really been bothered by any flavor of preworkouts for the most part they have some kind of taste like water mixed with a flavoring powder

The energy and pumps though are solid and i typically take half a scoop followed by another half a couple of hours later even on days when im not working out for a good alternative to coffee
