But it does fit on the c10 container and the cutout works just fine with the joule sous vide unit

I purchased a lid hoping it would be of use with a sous vide stick that was not on the list of compatible machines

I was able to return that lid and put an email out to lipavi asking for the opening sizes of their available lids to try to get a better fit

Still doesnt fit at 90 degrees but close enough

The water was so well insulated that it took over 3 hours for it to drop just 5 degrees

I actually had to remove to towels to get the water temp down from 150 to 140 in a reasonable time

I bought mine to make corned beef that i cooked for 48 hours of course there was a little evaporation but not enough to require adding water
