Pros
Great for sitting in bed and relaxing. Helps relieve my wife's sore shoulder. I do puff up my pillows every day to fatten them up. Since purchasing this pillow…no neck aches, no uncomfy settles.
Cons
It looks plump, but as soon as there's pressure on it, it becomes wafer thin. Pillow itself seems tackily made, loose threads and lumpy. My dislikes are as follows.

Quality
I ordered royal blue pillow covers and though the colour is more of a wedgewood blue the quality is fine
Fantastic quality really good brilliant pillows for the price
Disappointingly the cushions are covered with the ‘papery’ type of fabric rather than cotton or poly cotton
Feedback cushion good quality however the seam on the cover was open about 4 inches so the cover needs to match the cushion quality
