Pros

They are thinner and more durable than paper file folders. They hold 200 sheets of paper and can be used to group and organize files. You can also use them to put menus in to take out files. They are a great multi-purpose file folder.

Colorful, durable. The plastic is a little more flexible (read flimsy) than expected, but it seems to hold up well. Love the colors and the right stiffness for this file jacket.

Cons

This is a grea concept, but when i ordered them i didn'tr realize how flimsy they were. They don't really open up that well to accomodate more that maybe 10 sheets of paper. And the smell was so bad when i opened them!
