Pros
It very quickly dissolves the gunky substance in your hair. As a bonus, it has a very nice orange smell. Only reason i don't give it 5-stars is because of the price, it's pricey at $40.
Cons
Wish they shared this information when placing the order. I am not sure how it is ok to send it to customers but not return it for the same reason!

You need very little product to do the job

When rinsing it off under the shower be careful though it will make the bottom of yourbathtub very slippery
