After installing the camera and routing the wire inside the cab of the truck i removed my factory mirror with a small screw driverby placing that in the hole on top of the mirror where it attaches to the windshield and slowly prying downward as i held the mirror and gently pulled downward also

So if yours fell off or is missing you can get windshield adhesive at an auto parts store for like 3 and glue this tab on

Or if this mirror does not fit your factory tabyou can glue this tab to the left or right of the factory tab

And once you put this mirror on you will not see the other tab so back to this mirror

One for the reverse camera and the other for a front camera if you likeor can be connected to anything with a video out with yellow rca cable
