Pros

These tire liners are a must have for any bike. These prevent about 95% of the thorns from penetrating so not to bad. Massaged the outside of the tube to ensure the liner was positioned properly.

I still run slimed tubes but hardly need to, these are great. Rode on it the next day with no issues at all. I hope this reduces the flats.

Cons

The flat protector is a good idea but porrly designed. The liner also slip off after reinstalling the tire. Kept popping out.
