It is installed in an equipment closet so the noise is not much of a factor anyway when the door is closed

The do have a fan so they arent totally quiet but the fan noise isnt as bad as some of the switches out there

The cameras would lose connection sometimes so i upgraded to this 1000mbps switch for my poe cameras and it is working flawlessly

They stopped working after a year and started having issues even earlier

All i had to do was plug my many poe cameras and they were recognized and power immediately

It is not capable of supplying 30 watts of power poe but thats a nonissue for us since we rarely have any devices that need more than 15 watts which covers that vast majority of ip cameras
