Although a bit loose in the hitch when you first set it in the hitch it will not budge at all after screwing in the bolt

Don’t buy an additional hitch lock to secure the rack onto the trailer hitch like i did when prompted at check out as they won’t work

The rack is secured to the trailer hitch using a threaded bolt and another lock will not fit through the hole

I contacted customer service at buzzrack and was able to order a duplicate key based off the number in the lock

I have two cruisers and one ladies bike and due to the odd frame angles the bikes dont lie flat and therefore cannot be moved close to each other
