If they are left to oxidise they are really a waste of money as the taste is unpleasant and any benefits of the unsaturated fats are lost through oxidation

Some customers may be lucky to get a fresh batch so i dont doubt the sincerity of some of the reviews here but i wasnt and since this is the second time i have had this problem with this shop i tho
