Ideal for home made bread rolls adding a bit of crunch to a bowl of cereal or to blitz into home made crackers

Not sure why some people seem so negative about the crunchy shelled texture surely you knew this before buying them thanks as hemp seeds go these taste fine nothing special but well worth the price my only qualm is that at some points the seeds taste of soil and rarely it tastes like faecal matter would definitely buy again though
