Pros
It mixes easily without clumping. This buttermilk powder solves that and i personally like the flavor i get using this better than using traditional buttermilk.
It's very simple to use. Good smooth texture. Very fresh and delicious.
Judee’s buttermilk powder is a very easy to use and convenient shelf stable option. Will be a staple in my pantry from now on. I try to always keep it stocked in my baking cabinet. Ok, and more fries for cheese fries lol.
Cons
It dissolves in water, which was convenient enough, but had a very watery consistency. It's more like runny milk.
