The product however reduced by one star because of the exact same reason it got high marks the cook bag sticks to the turkey very badly so bad that we had to struggle to peel it off of the skin so to not end up with big holes in the beautiful colored turkey

In doing so we ended up spilling juice all over the stove and ended up getting turkey juice in to one of the gas igniters and causing it to no longer function even after cleaning

The sticking was worse in areas where we had punctured the bag to vent per the directions or had punctured it to take its temperature
