Pros

It's quite tender. The flavor is great. It turns out nice and juicy. The gravy is quite tasty however it requires that you use the turkeys drippings to prepare.

Excellent turkey. Heart healthy smoke it. Really good in the air fryer.

Cons

No longer. The skin was wadded up so it couldn't be spread out for seasoning and browning. Any resemblance to genuine turkey is purely coincidental.
