Pros

Very sharp, easy to sharpen. The edge is well hardened and takes an edge easily. I have no trouble sharpening this knife.

Knife is as described. Happy with my purchase. Awesome knives.

Knife feels great in my hand, is sturdy, and looks good. Leather sheath to store it away and for safety is definitely an added bonus. The holster/sheath leaves room for improvement.

I have knives that cost hundreds more, but this knife is now my culinary go to. If you have meat preparation in mind as well as many other applications this knife can be a great addition to any household.

Cons

This is not at all suited to butchering and certainly not filleting. The finish is poor. It doesn't look rustic, it just looks contrived. Definitely not hand forged, terrible sheath.
