Using this book should help to overcome some of that disadvantage. This book spoon feeds you everything you need to know. This is exactly what i've been needing.
The cd allows customization for your specific needs. It discusses various releases and other legal forms. It also has a disc where you can get every single form and then customize it for your work.
Cons
The trademark section of this book is a decade out of date. The author acknowledges the uspto's preference for online filing, but then provides guidance only for paper filings. The wedding photography segment is not thorough.

I received this item as well as another book in the same package tightly packed in plastic with a piece of cardboard attached to the back of them in order to keep them flat
