Pros & Cons
Pros
The built-in adjustability has a sufficiently large range of sizes for height and width. It's easily wide enough for a full sided keyboard, with room to mouse on one side, and a cup of coffee on the other. I just wish it was wider to better accommodat... Read More
Front of the tray is rounded for comfort. I am pleased with the drawer and only issue is it does not pull out all the way.
It works great and just fits as expected. I recommend it for anyone who is looking for one. It truly does the job.
The underside of the desk has pre-drilled holes that line up perfectly. Mounting this near cable passthroughs in my desk allowed for a very clean-looking pc setup.
Cons
This tray is not trackless. Images, especially the schematic above, indicate that it is trackless. Difficult to install and requires working on your back with portable lighting.
The design limits usable front-back depth to about 10 inches and the usable height to about 2 inches. The drawer will only open about 3/4 of the way due to the way the runner bracket extends. For the money this is the absolute worst piece of garbage k... Read More

Shipping
After taking the time to carefully mark the position of the holes and drill mounting it was fast and easy
Packaging/appearance
First of all dont bother trying to lay on the floor and work underneath to attach unless you already have the predrilled holes
Competitiveness
Bent and welded steel construction looks and feels strong claims to be rated to hold a 50lb pc tower
The detents lock the shelf in the open or closed position very well
If using the bush furniture predrilled holes on their section a corner unit put the tray one row back
It did seem much sturdier than most of the cheaper options though

The hardware must be hand tightened not using a drill

The screws that go into the bottom of the keyboard tray are small yes but the keyboard tray sits on top of brackets in the rails so they need only hold the keyboard down not support the weight
