However 1 screw got locked into the installed anchor and i’m unable to remove the screw without removing the anchor and bracket altogether from the wall and leaving a big hole

First things first the item name specifically says brushed nickel but then when you select the color it comes up as satin nickel

I only gave it 3 stars though because the standard 2 post toilet tissue holder does not hold a larger roll which is about all you can find now once you put it on it will not turn
