Things are getting better but are not perfect yet but as the ladies says everyones experience is different and a whole gender should not be judged by the few or the worst examples of it

Lets use the body shaming example in this book notice it was the women doing this to other woman

The shame of all this gender biased book is if that was taken out i would agree with 90 of the research and ideas in this book

This is a great book of busting through the silent kill that is stress if it was not so gender biased i would have no problem giving it 5 stars
