It's readily absorbable so i get the kick i need very quickly. I'm pleased so far that it does not upset my stomach and i do not keep burping throughout the day. However my urine is now an almost highlighter yellow, which is normal.

The taste is not that bad at all. They taste better with pinapple juice though. This is the only product on amazon that does * it says its supposed to do.

Liquid is always superior to pills because it is absorbed much faster by your digestive system. The effect of this pre-natal vitamin is immediate. You should start consuming this 3 months prior to trying to conceive.
