Pros

The taste is clean without a coconut edge or anything funky going on. No pungent smell. Nice flavorless flavor, useful for savory or sweet.

I make oil supplements and use this to top off capsules (i only use a few drops of oil) and it works great. I also use l-carnitine with it, but am unsure if that's actually helping or not. Great way to not forget to take it every day.

I have a very sensitive digestive system. I also have ibs and came across pct2 enzyme deficiency which i believe is my problem. Intestines spasmed throughout the next few days.

Cons

Something about it gives me a bad aftertaste/burps. Pricey and leaked during delivery.

I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because when it was shipped the outside of the bottle was all oily which was messy
