I had the previous all stainless steel version of this coffee maker phase brew 8 cup coffee brewer ht for about a decade and it was still working fine except the stainless carafe leaked all over everything over time and could not be replaced

There are some significant design changes on this new version that are both good and bad as followsdislikes the burner will remain on for 2 hours unless manually turned off
