The instructions for its use are very old and when i contacted the company for assistance i primarily got nothing more more than the comments of an expert that you are talking to the choir

Management needs to pay attention to the fact that this is 2017 and then compare that with the date of the instructions

Our previous machine was also a bunn and pretty much the same design just a much older model

The old unit owes us nothing and we believe we can get another 20 years or more out of the new unit

Step 1 fill the machine with water until it starts to come out let the accessories water stop step 2 plug in the machine wait for 10 min to heat up the water step 3 add your coffe and pour 1 pot of water onto the coffe maker dispense

Step 4 unplug machine if your not going to use it anymore otherwise it will keep the water hot all the time and it will evaporate
