Havent use it for diapers yet but has great pressure n easy to install it actually hooks up by the tank splits from there not from wall

The only issue iseven after tightening the nozzle endwater is still leaking in little amount every now and then

Took us a bit to figure out why it was leaking but there is in fact a correct direction to install the hose even with the rubber rings once you figure out what that is you should be fine
