Pros
It's the right size for salads and 2 cans make a great quiche. You have to leave the liner that comes in the van under the metal top. Very finely minced.
The product has good crabmeat flavor. I use it for lemony spicy crab cakes which my family asks for every week and in crab salads for sushi. Overall this is my preference because i like a lot of cream of soup with just a little bit of crab meat, lol.
Cons
Can is all mush, no lump. The paper in a couple of the cans was shredded and hard to remove. The can says it expires in 2026.
The smell is off putting and unappetizing. If you put it in soup, it acts like flour and turns out into mushy soup. No flakes, no whole pieces of meat, just *.
