Pros

And the chime is pitch perfect. It can be heard throughout my entire ranch style home.

Couldn't be more pleased. It is still beautiful nonetheless. The craftsmanship is remarkableand the movement is superb.

It works great. It replaces one we had for 30 years. Everything today is expensive, but i'm still glad i bought it. If you can find one that has been returned, thats probably the way to go.

Cons

Clock plays a 4-measure tune (westminster), but does not chime the hour. Clock portion of the product is very inferior plastic with a very short life span. The chime produced is highly distorted and static sounding.

A quick internet search showed me that a glass metal mechanical clock costs several thousand dollars so i’m happy with this one
