Pros
Great watch and great bracelet but very heavy. Bulky but not uncomfortable. I still have it as a souvenir as the first digital watch that came out then. Carl rosen, bulova historian.
Having to press a button keeps me from impulsively checking the time all day. It has both 12 hour and 24 hour format. Latch works well.
Cons
It has no directions to it, i’m having a hard time setting it. Best thing to do is to google the instructions.

The quality is fantastic and i like the fact that a battery change is a breeze
The quality is very good and its very easy to read
And with the way the plating was done to the use of a single battery says they rethought the whole design
This is only the second watch ive ever owned in my life
Price
Was very glad to see it on sale
I could never afforded an original back in the ‘70s
However for the price it is a fun purchase

This is a drivers watch and the standard transmissions where the norm then so it was normal to be removing your right hand from the wheel to shift or to tune the radio

Bulova should of added a sensor to detect movement just like any smart watch but i am sure they did not as to get 2 year battery life out of a led watch

I feel that the new watches are made so much better than the 1976 and 1977 models as the electronics in them were not so good but it was cutting edge at the time
