Pros

This is the only mct oil that does not upset my gut. The flavor is subtle. Check labels because there are inferior products out there cheaper and, this product is of good quality.

Cons

Have no idea why the order failed to reach me twice in a row, but it's enough to dissuade me from buying this product again. Silly me. Wish it was returnable!

Our brain octane oil is in fact not meant to go in a fridge. Also has the opposite affect of a laxative. Makes me wonder how on earth this product is safe for intestines, the body.
